The history of the Founding of the United States should hold a special place in the heart of a US President, if he is dedicated to preserving the good which this country has produced in the world. A thorough study of the Founding can clarify the meaning of our laws, the Constitution, the reasons why our government is structured the way it is, and the purpose of the President’s office. An ignorance of the Founding of this country would put our President in the position of trying to reinvent the wheel that has served us so well to this point.
