I think the basic concept makes sense but that the authors overstate their point. Certain roles have always been judged only on results, such as commissioned salespeople. The reality though is that many jobs require face to face interaction and teamwork that requires people to keep some sort of schedule.

I have just started reading this. The movie is in the theatres now & friends who have seen it report that it is excellent. Unfortunately it has not been promoted and will therefor be likely to remain in theatres a short time.

Clayton Christensen- I have seen that name before. I wonder how many politicians will read this book…and which politicians. Maybe if it were made into a movie.
